ACLU just some thoughts .......

Ok where to start not sure really but here it goes

Lets start wit I guess some of the guides of the ACLU and positons
1- All legal prohabitions on the distrabution of obscene material - including child pornography- are unconstatutional
2- Pornagraphic outlets can locte whereve they please - Near daycare centers, residential neighborhoods - churches NO mtter
3- Tax-funded libraries should not restrict access of children to pornography on the Internet
4-Parents should have no legal recousre when it comes to sheilding their children from exposure to hard core Pornography
5-The military cannot enforce even the most basic codes of conduct- such as disipline for disrespectful behavior towards a superior officer
6- Parets cannot limit their children's exposure to or participation in public school classes and assemblies, any topic, except Orthodox Hewish or Christian teachings - that violates the family's core religious and moral beliefs
7- Public schools cannot observe recognized reliogous , historical and culturla holidays such as Cristmas, Easter, Hnukka, diespite hundreds of years of American tradition
8- all legislative , military, and prison chaplaincy programs should be abolished
9- All crimianl and civil laws that prohibit polgamy and same sex marriage should b done away with

The ACLU also looks to force international law ( at least their selective view of) onthe American people with complete disregaurd for american sovereignty and the US Constitution - The Constituiton has become an unrecognizable "living, breathing document" with "emanations form penumbras" including bizzare interpretaions that has led to the deaths of more thatn 46 million of our nations children( causeing a whole ripple effecct of issues form a social security crisis to underage minors getting leagl abortions with their parents never needing to know a thing - leagally) The virant shield of protection the FIRST AMENDMENT was ment to provide for religious fredom, freedom that millions fled other countires to enjoy , has now become a sword to use against people of faith.

The ACLU has done this by making a a country of litigation and by bringing lawsuit after lawsuit usually threathing to bring often crippling expensive lawsuits even on claims it would aADMIT had little or no merit - They have been paving a foundation for their agenda for years . Teh have a $45 million budget and try to exhust the will, resources and stength of those who stand against them
Many times as well the ACLU picks fights with which they can win by default because no one witha real stake in the outcome showed up to leagaly confront their demands.

The ACLU was founded in 1920 By Roger Baldwin and agnostic socialist who demonstrated communist learnings - His two biggest infulences o heros as he said were Margaret Sanger ( a eugenist who founded Planned Parenthood - Eugenics was here goal for starting Planned Parent hood she said - is was practiced by the Nazis in Germany in pursuit of their goal of a "master race" by surpressing the birth rate of "inferiors" such as the poor, handicapped and racial minorities and in fact Hitler admired Sanger and Baldwin spke almost glowingly of her Her role in forming the foundations of the Baldwin ACLU is unquestionable ) and the other was Emma "Red Emma" Goldman or the " RED Queen of Anarchy" she conspired to kill Henry Clay Frick of Carnegie Steel and founded the anarchist Mother Earth magazine and eventually deported to Russia in 1919 - Goldmans friendship with Baldwin served as his introduction to her mentor Pince Peter Alexeevich Kropotkin a Russian revolutionary
One thing Baldwin leaned from Goldman s ell was how to mask his true agenda ans disguise it in a way to get the eleties on his side - This would be a straegy they would reaptedly use to gain access to funding from the wealthy ahile at the same time working to destroy many of the core values of the free enterprise system that led to teh creation of their wealt . Brilliant in so many ways really - h sorry off point -

Former ACLU president Noram Dorsen expalined " Baldwin thought of the ACLU as a goup of elitist , of highly educated people , a few thousnad at most throughout the country who owuld be the vangaurd of a movement to protect idividual rights in theis society"
the mind set that the ACLU knows what is best for the great unwashed masses drives the ACLU disdain for the will of the people. This IS ALSO WHY OR WHAT IS BEHIND its use of the judiciary , rather that the ELECTORATE to implement its agends
